Sometimes, people steal the show. However, that doesn't have to be a bad thing. In Odd Future, Earl Sweatshirt was the undisputed heavy weight of their clique. Yet, his unnecessary talent made people more interested in all the other members too. The varying degrees of talent were expected and added to the organic narrative of their formation. If every rapper was as good as Earl, the group would be boring, and unnatural. Kodak Black can fill stadiums and possibly out-sell Earl Sweatshirt because not all audiences are looking for the same things.
