Redundancy is a problem. We're going to change our outlook. Would equality add to the worth of RapIndie? In reality, isn't the social discourse ironically more interesting than these repetitive videos?

Everyone seems to want to compete for cultural perception. RapIndie is no different. Odd Future was designed to address how other cultures (particularly radical ones) perceived hip hop and RapIndie has generally done the same.

Outside perception is everything when that is your community. While it's healthier to cater to positive perception inside or outside, it's the negative perceptions that are the most problematic and rewarding to challenge.

The Kid Laroi is a singer and rapper that first appeared on a collaboration with JuiceWrld. Since then, he was re-branded on a mainstream debut as more of a pop artist. His music is usually about heartache and "The First Time" has an emo rock feel. The Kid Laroi is struggling to find his niche in the very weird 2023 market. Collectively, everything about him adds up to a cool artist, but individually nothing about him stands out as necessarily relevant. Do 2023 females enjoy listening to heartbroken men?

In 2023, a lot of rappers use ghost writing, and while other genres involve live instrumentation, vocals, and well-developed personas; rappers' main contribution used to be the lyricism.

Likewise the audience of hip hop is changing. Drill music may seem easy from an artistic standpoint, but like Rick Ross's song "Lyrical Eazy" explains, the drill lifestyle is the draw of the music. And it's not easy.

Civility is great. It's very important to be able to discern right from wrong, but drill music has a time and a place like every other rap style.
