The celebration of culture is very contrary to my vision, but it's EVERYTHING to the audience of 2022. We've been trying to let artists express their vision, but the consensus on how to save hip hop seems to be two things.

Our strategy is to find and promote quality music, because accepting all or none usually results in none. Mediocre music tends to be like preaching to the choir rather than swaying new support.
